Before you laugh:\u00a0 Austrailia apparently already does that.\u00a0 And it’s no more farfetched than being taxed for breathing.\u00a0 IMO, in direct contravention of the Constitutional prohibition on per-capita taxation ObamaCare does exactly that; and the SCOTUS – in what is IMO a truly boneheaded opinion authored by it’s current Chief Justice – has said that’s OK.<\/p>\n
