According to her, it seems like a common everyday occurrence for armament from aircraft to go shooting across the carrier deck. Scottie says that she has conned a lot of people out of their hard-earned money with her tale of woe and a scam to open a ranch for folks with PTS, but she took thousands in donations and disappeared.
