They thought they were helping him out until he pulled a knife and told them to give him their money. Well, Hugh told him to go to Hell and Ruby went to get their gun;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThey were talking real low, and I came in to see what it was and when I did he was standing in front of Hugh with a knife saying, &#8216;Give me the money out of your pocket,\u2019 so when I heard that I ran to the bedroom and got the gun,\u201d Ruby Mathis said.<\/p>\n<p>Hugh Mathis said he had no intention of handing over his money.<\/p>\n<p>He said Kelly knew they didn&#8217;t fear him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe ran out the door. I was getting up to get a club and then I was going to work him over real good,\u201d Hugh Mathis said.<\/p>\n<p>Springfield Township issued a warrant and Kelly was arrested a short time later.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I&#8217;m telling you criminals out there, old people don&#8217;t give a shit, we&#8217;ll kill you.
