{"id":42934,"date":"2014-04-10T10:10:59","date_gmt":"2014-04-10T14:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=42934"},"modified":"2014-04-10T09:16:52","modified_gmt":"2014-04-10T13:16:52","slug":"detroit-veteran-instigated-fight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=42934","title":{"rendered":"Detroit veteran instigated fight"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The other day <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=42428\">we read about Adam Wagner<\/a>, the young veteran in Detroit who was beaten outside of a local 7-Eleven convenience store by three others. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.detroitnews.com\/article\/20140408\/METRO01\/304080094#ixzz2yRLFV3y3\">Today we read<\/a> that he may have thrown the first punch and he&#8217;s looking at possible charges for the incident himself;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Worthy\u2019s office ruled no charges would be issued against the men in connection with the altercation that started outside a Westland 7-Eleven around 1:30 a.m. April 2. After reviewing evidence, the veteran, Adam Wagner, was both the complaining witness and the initial aggressor and continued to be the aggressor in the conflict, according to the prosecutor\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p>Wagner was the biggest man of the four and began the fight by hitting the smallest of the other three men, Worthy said. The man who was hit fled.
