I heard this earlier today, but I have no interest in generating another lawsuit. But since you guys are blowing up my inbox with links, I figured, I’d better write something about the death of Fred Phelps. I think it’s remarkable that Fred Phelps was able to influence both sides of the war issue to unite against him and little band of inbred cultists. He capitalized on the emotions over the two hot button issues of the period and built himself a little career being the most hated man in America. So that’s his place in history – being a uniter.<\/p>\n
