It&#8217;s an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orlandosentinel.com\/news\/local\/breakingnews\/os-veteran-lied-stole-government-benefits-20140228,0,3815598.story\">Orlando Sentinel<\/a> story about Walter Eatman, a 69-year-old Vietnam Era veteran who didn&#8217;t think he was getting enough loot from Veterans Affairs, so he took his forged DD214 and tried to claim PTS from his imagined experiences;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Eatman, 68, on Thursday pleaded guilty to theft of government funds and making false statements. Prosecutors say he stole about $106,000 in government money and benefits, including mental-health counseling and medication, by lying about his service. <\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>He originally filed for the benefits in July 2008, claiming he also had combat-related hearing loss and ringing in his ears. He altered his military-discharge papers to reflect the bogus history, the U.S. Attorney&#8217;s Office said.<\/p>\n<p>Eatman even tricked a Veterans Affairs psychologist into believing his story and obtained a letter supporting his claim that he could not work, prosecutors said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Oh, sure the VA will get this clown some benefits, but thousands who deserve those benefits are lined up to get their foot in the door. It reminds me of how much I hate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=23631\">Joseph Cryer<\/a> and how much I hate that the VA won&#8217;t lift a finger to catch the little lying prick.<\/p>\n<p>Eatman also lost a job at a bank for <a href=\"http:\/\/articles.orlandosentinel.com\/1988-10-01\/news\/0070230015_1_eatman-prostitution-auxiliary-deputy\">attempting to fulfill a fantasy<\/a> by starting a prostitution ring back in 1988.
