Several of you sent us this link yesterday<\/a> to the Daily Caller about a young woman in Michigan, her husband was deployed to Afghanistan, who prevented “an ordinance thief” from forcing his way into her home with a shotgun and a machete;<\/p>\n

\u201cI kept hearing, \u2018tap, tap, tap,\u2019\u201d she recalled during an interview with WOOD-TV.<\/p>\n

The woman ran to get her gun. When she returned to the front of the house, she pointed it right at him. This caused the would-be intruder to retreat. He attempted to enter through the back of the house, but the gun once again deterred him.<\/p>\n

When police arrived, they chased the suspect briefly until he threw down his weapon. The suspect claims to be \u201can ordinance thief,\u201d though police aren\u2019t sure what he meant by that.<\/p>\n

Once unmasked, the suspect was revealed to be a 15-year-old male. Police are baffled by the teenager\u2019s actions, and said his motivations are totally unclear.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
