He admitted he stole personal information from people he met at Veterans Administration rehabilitation facilities to take out credit cards and to submit $78,000 in fake income tax returns.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So, I guess computers aren&#8217;t the only way you can lose data at the VA.
