TDY Fraud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=38074\">I alluded earlier<\/a> to a problem in the Arizona Air National Guard.\u00a0 It looks like the subject of this article <a href=\"http:\/\/azstarnet.com\/news\/local\/members-of-tucson-air-guard-unit-indicted-on-fraud-charges\/article_b28dc193-5494-5744-87a0-84e8b5e62cef.html\">was the reason<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It appears as if some of those assigned to the 214th Reconnaissance Squadron, Arizona Air National Guard and based in Tucson, were <em>really<\/em> enduring a hardship tour operating those remotely-piloted aircraft (RPAs).<\/p>\n<p>How bad, you ask?\u00a0 As in drawing TDY allowances while living at home and flying RPA missions in support of deployed troops.<\/p>\n<p>One of the indicted was an O6 \u2013 Colonel<b> <\/b>Gregg Davies.\u00a0 Ranks of the remaining personnel indicted were not immediately available.<\/p>\n<p>Davies reportedly used his position<strong> \u201c<\/strong>to circumvent measures that were supposed to prevent unauthorized temporary duty entitlements when military members are neither deployed nor away for training from their home.&#8221;\u00a0 The others apparently just raked in their unauthorized cash \u2013 to the tune of over $1 million total.\u00a0 Many individuals involved are thought to have pocketed upwards of $100,000.<\/p>\n<p>I hope the justice system burns the hell out of these fools.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I alluded earlier to a problem in the Arizona Air National Guard.\u00a0 It looks like the &hellip; <a title=\"#@&#038;!!
