{"id":37899,"date":"2013-10-09T07:54:11","date_gmt":"2013-10-09T11:54:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=37899"},"modified":"2013-10-09T07:54:55","modified_gmt":"2013-10-09T11:54:55","slug":"wednesday-fell-good-story","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=37899","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Feel Good Story"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chief Tango sends us our feel good story for today, this time from <a href=\"http:\/\/fox6now.com\/2013\/10\/08\/home-invasion-suspect-shot-injured-in-racine\/\">Racine, Wisconsin<\/a> where a homeowner had just received a large amount of money in a settlement at work and a home invader, the homeowner&#8217;s next door neighbor,  thought he deserved part of that money apparently;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Officers responded to the neighborhood just before 2 a.m. Tuesday in reference to someone being shot. At about the same time, dispatch received a call for a report of a home invasion \u2014 and the victim reported he fired shots at the suspect.<\/p>\n<p>Racine police say an armed intruder walked into the home, and a resident grabbed a shotgun and fired.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>FOX6 News has learned the suspect lives next door to the homeowner. After the incident, he reportedly limped home, and his wife called 911.<\/p>\n<p>Neighbors say the man hasn\u2019t lived in the area long.
