{"id":37739,"date":"2013-09-27T05:00:15","date_gmt":"2013-09-27T09:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=37739"},"modified":"2013-09-26T19:05:50","modified_gmt":"2013-09-26T23:05:50","slug":"friday-feel-good-story-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=37739","title":{"rendered":"Friday feel good story"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chief Tango sends us a link to our feel good story from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wsbtv.com\/news\/news\/local\/police-homeowner-shot-robber-face\/nZ8F8\/\">Norcross, Georgia<\/a> in which a homeowner heard someone trying to turn their lives around by smashing in his front door just before noon, so he went to investigate;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Moments later he heard somebody crashing open the back window,&#8221; said Gwinnett County police Cpl. Ed Ritter.&#8221;He called police and apparently was on the phone with 911 at the time this was happening and at that time he fired the weapon at the suspects.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The robbers ran from the home and eventually the injured suspect was dropped off at Gwinnett Medical Center.<\/p>\n<p>Police identified the suspect at the hospital as Tajh Guillont, 22. A second suspect left the hospital in a black passenger car.
