According to New York State<\/a>, the requirements for applying for a POW license plate you need a; “copy of DD-214 or letter from Veterans Administration verifying Former POW status.” So how does Ronnie stack up to that?<\/p>\n

His long and distinguished career was about a year long, but about six months of that was as a deserter. I guess he figured that a stint in the local confinement facility during the Vietnam War made him a prisoner of war;<\/p>\n
