Mark Hicks was an Afghanistan veteran with the 25th Infantry Division and he was awarded a CIB but not the second award of the CIB like he&#8217;s wearing in the picture above. No jump wings or air assault wings, no Bronze Star. No record of Ranger School or Sniper School, no Scuba School like he claimed.
