taxpayer supported Goliath does battle with a shovel wielding David.\u00a0 A veritable mano-a-mano of douchebaggery.\u00a0 Two fake as shit millionaires enter, one lying sack of shit leaves: voting pages said, \u201cGiduck is much more than just suing SOF.\u201d\u00a0 And that is true, which is why I will use the rest of his comment below in Herr Giduck\u2019s bio, but for those of you new to the cultural phenomena that is John Gidduck, some background is in order.<\/p>\n<p>John Giduck served a herculean 58 days in the Army.\u00a0 He graduated almost in excess of zero schools.\u00a0 [Actually, it was exactly zero.]\u00a0 Undeterred by this Inconvenient Truth, he did what any enterprising lad would do when he had in mind being a world renowned expert on special ops; he just invented a Special Forces background out of wombat shit and unicorn kisses.\u00a0 And then he got <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=36738\">folks like author Brad Thor<\/a> and others to pass on this Narnian tale.<\/p>\n<p>But he\u2019s not without his charms.\u00a0 There\u2019s a reason many people {ok, just me} have referred to this video as the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wisFUOxVUHs\">Mona Lisa of shovel tossing youtube videos<\/a>.\u00a0 [I should clarify that this simile would work better of Mona Lisa was in fact an inbred, possibly mentally retarded middle aged male with a priapism that no one would even note were he\/she wearing a banana hammock.]<\/p>\n<p>And when called on his bullshit, he filed suit.\u00a0 Which worked amazingly\u2026..for the defendants attorneys who got some sweet, sweet Gidduck money.\u00a0\u00a0 Nonetheless, I present a more complete bio supplied by a friend at The Truth About SOCNet Lies.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/10\/29\/a-review-of-john-giducks-false-special-forces-history\/\">John Giduck built and maintained a false legend as a qualified member of the US Army Special Forces<\/a>.\u00a0 Addionally, John Giduck&#8217;s bios indicted that he was a qualified US Army Ranger.\u00a0 (c.f. <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/05\/john-giduck-did-not-provide-a-bio-claiming-to-be-an-army-ranger\/\">2005 bio<\/a>; <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/18\/john-giduck-did-not-tell-the-hamilton-county-police-chiefs-association-he-was-an-army-ranger\/\">2006 bio<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>This again, from a guy whose <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/john-giducks-army-service-record\/\">military career lasted all of 58 days of US Army Basic Training<\/a> but claims <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/05\/john-giduck-follows-not-sf-statement-with-18-years-in-russian-uniform-claim\/\">18 years in Russian military uniform including training Spetsnaz and survivor of 6 conflicts<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 (For last invented fact, <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/05\/john-giduck-addresses-survivor-of-8-conflicts-statement-and-hilarity-ensues\/\">see here<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>Evidence shows that John Giduck&#8217;s &#8220;military training&#8221; was actually the result of a <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/03\/john-giduck-and-paid-russian-adventure-camps-part-4\/\">series of one week commercial military style adventure camps<\/a>.\u00a0 [Let\u2019s be honest though, who among us hasn\u2019t claimed things like summer camp on our resume.\u00a0 I took orienteering at 4H camp once, which is a SEER equivalency course.]\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/03\/proof-that-john-giducks-spetsnatz-training-occurred-at-adventure-camp\/\">Here\u2019s where you used to be able to find some pictures of Gidduck frolicking with other campers<\/a>, but they were deleted by Gospodin John.<\/p>\n<p>Giduck has profited off the death of schoolchildren at Beslan and built an entire business around the event.\u00a0 Giduck said that \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2013\/07\/21\/john-giduck-lies-i-was-at-beslan\/\">he was there<\/a>\u201d at Beslan and <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2013\/05\/17\/john-giduck-beslan-author-speaker-trainer-liar\/\">wrote about the ongoing siege in his book<\/a>, Terror At Beslan, even though he was in his XL underoos \u00a0(Aquaman) in <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/02\/28\/john-giducks-improbable-timeline-for-travel-to-beslan-russia\/\">Colorado the entire time<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>John Giduck infiltrated the Special Operations Association (SOA) through promises of free legal work and gained access to all of their membership lists, planning, and revenue while <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/04\/10\/why-john-giduck-archangel-group-and-russian-intelligence-make-good-bedfellows\/\">at the same time maintaining friendships with high level Russian intelligence officials<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Giduck trolled a dead cop\u2019s wife named Donna Yaklich at her husband&#8217;s funeral, acted as her defense attorney when she was accused of killing him, and then was screwing her in Jamaica on what her kids say was their father\u2019s death benefits. <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/10\/09\/why-did-john-giduck-flee-to-west-virginia-in-1993\/\">Giduck had to flee to West Virginia as a result of this.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>He then did a whole slew of shady shit financially that I am not including here for the sake of this bio\u2019s length.<\/p>\n<p>Then he pulled a Glenn Greenwald and appears to have created an online alter ego that he <a href=\"http:\/\/thetruthaboutsocnetlies.wordpress.com\/2012\/05\/01\/unmasked-source-of-john-giducks-beslan-walking-among-bodies-claim\/\">used to astroturf his books<\/a>\u2026for years.<\/p>\n<p>I could go on in this vein for a while, but I am tired, need to write up Monkresses bio, and feel a burning sensation when I write about him.\u00a0 Suffice to say the man is, in the immortal words of Socrates Johnson (who quoted earlier philosopher Green Thumb): a turd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?attachment_id=36557\" the whole world seemed to be a post-apocalyptic wasteland straight out of a Stephen King novel?\u00a0 Nothing grew, there was no sunlight that reached our crops, no music floated gently through the air.\u00a0 And then BOOM!\u00a0 Kate Upton was there with her mighty orbs of healing, and life spread over this wonderful planet of ours.\u00a0 Same shit with this blog and Monkress, only without the luscious globes that Magellin himself would barely deign to circumnavigate.\u00a0 (If anything, I may be understating the effect here on terra firma of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.egotastic.com\/2013\/02\/kate-upton-bikini-white-antarctic-hotness-in-sports-illustrated-swimsuit-edition-2013\/\">Senorita Snowsuit<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=36950\">Phil, the CEO of All-Points Logistics, held himself out as a Native American and a Navy SEAL for YEARS<\/a>.\u00a0 It worked well for him.\u00a0 He made <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=34934\">shitloads of money<\/a>, and drank a lot of beer which he later deposited in various jail cells in Florida while amassing a profligate criminal history.\u00a0 And then, the bottom fell out.\u00a0 (See what I did there?\u00a0 See, I was referencing jail time, and then mentioned his bottom.\u00a0 It\u2019s subtle, but that\u2019s what I do.)<\/p>\n<p>So, here he was, living the high life, riding around with his motorcycle group when he was brought low by Mary Shantag and Don Shipley (may the sun never set on his luxurious hair.)\u00a0 But even then, it wasn\u2019t really all that big a deal.\u00a0 Would that he\u2019d simply raised his hands in surrender and uttered the universal signal of \u201cok, you mofos got me\u201d and cried Uncle!\u00a0 But alas, he chose to go the legal route, which we love nearly as much as Ms Upton.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=34486\">And so his lawyer contacted us to suggest we take the post down<\/a>, because Phil never claimed to be a Navy SEAL.<\/p>\n<p>Well, except in various <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=35701\">internal company documents<\/a>, like powerpoint presentations.\u00a0 Oh, and there might have been a bio or 100 out there which said he was a member of SEAL Team 4.\u00a0 And there was that one time that this lady from the Boeing Corporation (who regards Phil as a preferred supplier) might have talked about him being a SEAL.\u00a0 And then he might have kinda told this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=36171\">asinine anecdote about telling his Dad he was joining the SEALs<\/a>.\u00a0 And of course there were a few advertisements in local newspapers attesting to his BUDs graduation status.\u00a0 And he wore a SEAL Trident on his biker jacket.\u00a0 And he said in an interview with Florida Today that he was a SEAL as well.\u00a0 But other than that minor stuff, he never did nuthin.<\/p>\n<p>But, like <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Randall_Flagg\">Randall Flagg<\/a> from Stephen King\u2019s The Stand, Phil had his own group of people to argue his case for him.\u00a0 (We\u2019re not supposed to discuss Phil\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_The_Stand_characters#.22Trashcan_Man.22\">Trashcan Men<\/a> anymore, but the links are <a
