From the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wjhg.com\/home\/headlines\/War-Hero-Col-Bud-Day-Dies-in-Ft-Walton-Beach-217263341.html\">local news<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>USAF COL (ret.) George E. &#8220;Bud&#8221; Day, a Medal of Honor winner, a WWII Marine, and Vietnam POW, passed away early Saturday morning in Ft. Walton Beach.<\/p>\n<p>His wife, children and grandchildren were present.
