Anne Ralston said she wouldn\u2019t necessarily recommend detaining a violent criminal without the help of police, but Myers\u2019 capture couldn\u2019t have happened without an \u201caware public.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thankful he is back in custody,\u201d she said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dude was real shitbag;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>He was convicted in 2010 of following a 45-year-old Akron-area woman home from a bar, then breaking into her house and raping her at gunpoint, according to The Plain Dealer newspaper of Cleveland.
