One of our buddies sends us a link to a local news story<\/a> in Kansas about John Giduck whose credentials are being questioned in regards to a lecture that he’s supposed to give at Johnson County Community College;<\/p>\n

JoCo resident and special armed forces veteran, Jeff Forker, wants the school to do some checking before bringing the international terrorism speaker to town.<\/p>\n

John Giduck has been the target of multiple internet websites or blogs. Forker said as a resident of the county, he questions Giduck\u2019s scheduled August 16, full-day appearance at JCCC.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf a small portion of these accusations made by my special forces brothers are true, then public safety is at risk, tax dollars are at risk, and honor of course,\u201d Forker said.<\/p>\n

Those online accusations, many from the special operations community, is that Giduck is essentially a fraud. One blog said he flaunts his Special Operations Association Membership, even though it is just \u201chonorary.\u201d Others said there\u2019s no proof Giduck spent nearly 20 years in Russia, as his bio on his website reads.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Yeah, and there’s the fact that his entire military career spans less than two months. That makes him marginally familiar with drill & ceremony and the law of land warfare, but not anti-terror operations. Last year he tried to sue several members of the SOCNET community for destroying the business that he had built on his lies. Not only were the defendants found to be not responsible for their comments, the judge made Giduck pay their legal costs.<\/p>\n

Now if Johnson County Community College wants to go ahead and have Giduck speak to their students, that’s their choice, but it makes the faculty of the college look pretty ridiculous for hosting a known fraud – the only skill he has is banging other people on the head with a combat entrenching tool in a way that makes everyone think he’s some kind of weapons expert. He’s even sucked in the folks at The History Channel with his childish bullshit;<\/p>\n
