That\u2019s the last thing the Secretary would do under any circumstance, in this or any other setting. He didn\u2019t know who would be called next to pose a question.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Yeah, given Hagel&#8217;s performance at his confirmation hearing, who is really surprised?
