I’ve received a FOIA that I could use some help in evaluating.\u00a0 It concerns a Marine who served during the early days of the Vietnam War.<\/p>\n
The individual has made a couple of claims elsewhere that sound a bit odd – but it’s possible they’re legit.\u00a0 I simply don’t have the USMC-specific expertise or historical background to evaluate either his claims or his FOIA well enough to determine if the guy is telling the truth.<\/p>\n
