{"id":35902,"date":"2013-05-31T09:08:56","date_gmt":"2013-05-31T13:08:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=35902"},"modified":"2013-05-31T09:10:13","modified_gmt":"2013-05-31T13:10:13","slug":"janos-to-sue-widow-kyle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=35902","title":{"rendered":"Janos to sue widow Kyle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Little Jimmy Janos, Scruff Face, or Jesse Ventura, however you want to refer to him, has been thwarted in his quest for Chris Kyle&#8217;s book money by Kyle&#8217;s untimely death, and so he&#8217;s decided to include Kyle&#8217;s widow in his lawsuit says the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.startribune.com\/local\/209539341.html\">Star Tribune<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Lawyers for Ventura have asked a federal court to continue his lawsuit against Chris Kyle \u2014 who was killed in February by a young veteran he was mentoring \u2014 by substituting Kyle\u2019s wife, Taya, as the defendant. Ventura last year sued Kyle, a decorated former SEAL and author of \u201cAmerican Sniper,\u201d claiming that the book\u2019s description of a California bar fight defamed him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlthough Kyle is deceased, his \u2018American Sniper\u2019 book continues to sell and it is soon to be made into a movie,\u201d said Ventura\u2019s motion, filed last week by Minneapolis attorney David Bradley Olsen.<\/p>\n<p>Ventura\u2019s lawyers said his claims survive Kyle\u2019s death, and \u201cit would be unjust to permit the estate to continue to profit from Kyle\u2019s wrongful conduct and to leave Governor Ventura without redress for ongoing damage to his reputation.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So, what, couldn&#8217;t Scruff Face find any puppies he could kick or some kids from whom he could steal their candy, he has to sue a grieving widow?
