The handgun had been shipped to him in his belongings when he escorted the bodies of two of his mates home. After he was convicted and imprisoned, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=33033\">Court of Appeals overturned<\/a> his sentence but left up to the prosecutors the opportunity to prosecute the case again. And they&#8217;ve decided <a href=\"http:\/\/news.sky.com\/story\/1072585\/cleared-sas-sniper-to-face-firearms-retrial\">that was what they wanted to do<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p> Sgt Nightingale has spent 11 years in the SAS and served in both Iraq and Afghanistan as well as other operations around the world.
