The Washington Times<\/a> reports that poor old Dianne Feinstein is more thn a little miffed that her scary-looking weapon ban won’t be part of the gun control bill in the Senate this year; <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not going to try to put something on the floor that won\u2019t succeed,\u201d the Nevada Democrat [Harry Reid] told reporters. \u201cI want something that will succeed. I think the worst of all worlds would be to bring something to the floor and it dies there.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr. Reid informed Mrs. Feinstein, California Democrat, on Monday that her legislation would not be part of the package.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried to make the case for it, and he indicated we would have a separate vote,\u201d Mrs. Feinstein said. \u201cObviously I\u2019m disappointed. \u2026 The enemies on this are very powerful. I\u2019ve known that all my life.\u201d\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Those “enemies”, Mrs. Feinstein, are the majority of the American people. We’re supported by the Second Amendment of the Constitution which was written to protect us from petty tyrants like you. If America wanted the scary-looking gun ban, you’d have no problem getting it through the Senate. <\/p>\n

Yes, the NRA has a lot of money to oppose you and your nefarious intentions, but, it’s our money. We gave it freely in order to keep you and your gun-grabbing fascist buddies in their place. Obviously, you react to purely emotional circumstances, not to the will of the voters, so we need the NRA to stop you dead in your tracks when you seek to impose your will on the rest of us. <\/p>\n

Most of us don’t have the opportunity to remove your moldy ass from the Senate, so we depend on the NRA to preserve our rights from you and your ilk. Live with the will of the people or resign.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
