Joseph Dunford agreed with Karzai to remove troops first from Nerkh district of Wardak province and then later from other districts. The statement says international forces and members of a government-backed militia force will be replaced with Afghan army and police.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The US had disagreed with Karzai&#8217;s characterization that special forces soldiers were running amuck in the provence near Kabul, but they&#8217;ll capitulate to Karzai.
