Not knowing the gun was fake, she dropped to the floor and began crawling toward another bank employee shouting for help.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect pointed the fake gun toward the employee on the floor when another employee heard the cries. He retrieved his Smith &#038; Wesson .357 revolver and fired two rounds at Mr. Olivia, hitting him once in the jaw.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Oliva fled the scene trailing blood, jumped in his car and tried to flee, but he didn&#8217;t get far according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kansascity.com\/2013\/03\/04\/4100203\/for-accused-bank-robber-one-bad.html\">Kansas City Star<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>After police used spike strips to stop the vehicle, a wounded Oliva emerged from the Dodge Stratus.
