He can smile, too.\u00a0 And his daughters visited him recently.<\/p>\n
But he’s also still in Cuba.\u00a0 He’s still hospitalized there, in grave condition, 69 days after his fourth cancer surgery.\u00a0 And he’s still unable to speak – because he’s breathing through a tracheal tube.<\/p>\n
Don’t even ask if he’s able to perform his duties as President of Venezuela.<\/p>\n
Oh, Hugo?\u00a0 That noise you hear in the background is only the chant of the ever-circling family skeletal.\u00a0 I think you’ll be meeting them soon enough.<\/p>\n
