{"id":34145,"date":"2013-02-13T14:05:23","date_gmt":"2013-02-13T18:05:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=34145"},"modified":"2013-02-14T10:42:07","modified_gmt":"2013-02-14T14:42:07","slug":"another-comes-home","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=34145","title":{"rendered":"Another Comes Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PFC James Hare went overseas in 1949.\u00a0 Not long afterwards he ended up in Korea.<\/p>\n<p>He was captured.\u00a0 He died in a POW camp, and was buried in a mass grave.<\/p>\n<p>His remains were in a group of 450 sets of remains returned by North Korea in the early 1990s.\u00a0 It took a while, but PFC Hare&#8217;s remains were finally positively identified.<\/p>\n<p>PFC Hare <a href=\"http:\/\/www.armytimes.com\/news\/2013\/02\/ap-soldiers-burial-62-years-after-he-disappeared-james-hare-021313\/\">will be laid to rest today near Cumberland, MD<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rest in peace, my elder brother-in-arms.\u00a0 Rest in peace.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PFC James Hare went overseas in 1949.\u00a0 Not long afterwards he ended up in Korea.
