Folks were being involuntarily extended past their ETS dates and this ass monkey is getting out. How did that happen? In fact, I remember when we were in the port at al Jubail waiting for our Bradleys to arrive from Germany, there was a Marine manning an sandbagged Maw-duece outside of our warehouse barracks along the Persian Gulf and he said he was six months past his discharge date to stand that machine gun up.<\/p>\n<p>But Hawley must be special because his discharge certificate was personally signed by GHW Bush. I think mine is signed by the Secretary of the Army. So, I&#8217;m guessing the discharge certificate is phony, too, because with 18 months of service, he probably didn&#8217;t get an honorable discharge.
