Carmine operates the Armed Forces MCSS store, aka Joint Base Uniform and Equipment Center (JBUEC) and according to press reports at the link, he&#8217;s been arrested for ripping off troops in the Fort Dix area several times and for years.<\/p>\n<p>He claims to be an Army major, but there are no records on him, other than court records. Aside from ripping off troops, he&#8217;s also been indicted for smuggling drugs (steroids) from Mexico.
