NBC<\/a> is reporting that police are admitting that initial reports that Adam Lanza used four of his mother’s handguns in the shooting and that the semi-automatic rifle was in the trunk of his mother’s car. They continue that he tried to buy a semi-automatic rifle and was deterred by the waiting period gun law.<\/p>\n
