And the residents seem appreciative; <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI was just speechless when I saw them,\u201d said Priscilla Smalls, 53, who lives in the Ocean Bay Houses in the Rockaways\u2019 Arverne section.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve never seen Marines anywhere before, let alone over here in the projects. It\u2019s a great, cool thing. We need the big guns after what happened here.
