Nevada, like many states, allows early voting.\u00a0 Seems as if one lady in Henderson – Roxanne Reuben – decided she\u2019d take advantage and vote early.\u00a0 She did.<\/p>\n
She apparently liked the experience.\u00a0 In fact, apparently she liked it so much she tried to do it again the same day – at a different early voting location<\/em>.<\/p>\n There was just one small problem.\u00a0\u00a0 She tried vote both times using her own name.<\/p>\n Oops.<\/p>\n I guess she didn\u2019t realize that some systems do near-real-time updates.\u00a0 And the one used by NV for early voting apparently does that.<\/p>\n She wasn\u2019t allowed to vote the second time.\u00a0 And authorities weren\u2019t too amused by her attempt, either.<\/p>\n Ms. Rubin is now facing felony charges related to her little escapade.\u00a0 Full details can be found in this article<\/a>.<\/p>\n What a dumbass.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, it appears she’s not the only idiot out there.\u00a0 At least one other similar incident is under investigation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
