You see a lot of stories about voter registration that make you shake your head as elections near.\u00a0 This year is no exception.\u00a0 But most aren’t that surprising.<\/p>\n

Then you read something like this story<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I just don’t think this is exactly what the 1993 National Voter Registration Act had in mind.\u00a0 But where there’s a way to exploit a loophole or commit fraud, someone will eventually take it.<\/p>\n
