{"id":31770,"date":"2012-08-27T15:18:42","date_gmt":"2012-08-27T19:18:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=31770"},"modified":"2012-08-27T15:38:37","modified_gmt":"2012-08-27T19:38:37","slug":"koran-burners-and-corpse-urinaters-to-be-punished","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=31770","title":{"rendered":"Koran burners and corpse urinaters to be punished"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tman sends us a link to the <a href=\"http:\/\/news.yahoo.com\/u-troops-face-punishment-over-koran-burning-urination-155718044.html\">Reuters<\/a> story that the military is planning punishment for the groups of troops who were responsible for urinating on Taliban corpses as well as some NCOs and officers responsible for the famous Koran incinerations earlier this year;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Marine Corps announced three Marines had pleaded guilty to charges over the video, including one for &#8220;urinating on the body of a deceased Taliban soldier.&#8221; Another wrongfully posed for a photo with human casualties and the third lied about the incident to investigators.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>Also on Monday, the Army announced that six soldiers received administrative punishments over an incident in which copies of the Koran and other religious material were removed from a prison library and sent to an incinerator to be destroyed.
