Buckley IV in Lexington, KY who is on the loose while he was out on bond after being convicted of raping his girlfriend. Apparently, he cut off his ankle monitor and dashed off into the wilds.<\/p>\n Buckley’s training as an Army Ranger “gives him the ability to engage in defensive and combative tactics at a very high level,” Roberts said. “As such, we do not want citizens to independently approach him or try to take him into custody.
