Good for him. Undercover police have the best fake explosives, I&#8217;m told. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/2012\/05\/20\/protesters-prepare-for-anti-nato-demonstration-in-chicago\/#ixzz1vR0CS52T\">Fox News<\/a> says that the situation is tense;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Increasingly tense clashes Saturday night tested police, who used bicycles to barricade streets and horseback officers to coax them in different directions. Eighteen people were arrested, Police Supt.
