Nowadays, officials said, his 200 or so fighters rely on foot messengers and preordained rendezvous points to communicate.<\/p>\n<p>Kony\u2019s methods have proven effective against the U.S. military\u2019s satellites, sensors and other forms of surveillance. Commanders warn that it could take years to find him.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It&#8217;s obvious to me what the problem is, and therefore, the solution is just as obvious. You guys <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=29100\">aren&#8217;t &#8220;Like&#8221;ing that video<\/a> enough. If more people would &#8220;Like&#8221; the video, Kony would see the futility of his escape, and surrender immediately.
