I’ve had about twenty emails in the last hour in reference to Michael Yon’s revelation that he’s in negotiations with the Taliban for the release of Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl. Oddly enough it’s Bergdahl’s 26th birthday, by the way. It’s just strangely coincidental that the Taliban is reaching out to Yon on Bergdahl’s birthday…maybe the Taliban don’t have cake and ice cream or something and thought this would a suitable replacement.<\/p>\n
Anyway, I’m pretty much ignoring Yon and these revelations. But I didn’t want y’all to think I’m ignoring you. But, I’ll believe Yon negotiated with the Taliban when I see the beheading video. All this time I thought he was going to be found in a closet in Thailand after an auto-asphyxiation session gone wrong.
