The Associated Press<\/a> reports that Europol chief Rob Wainwright is warning about a new wave of decentralized terror acts in Europe.<\/p>\n

Combating individuals acting in apparent isolation, he said, will take smarter measures in monitoring the Internet, better intelligence and international cooperation in counterterrorism efforts.<\/p>\n

Yeah, see that’s problem with Europe, a problem they’re going to need to fix. There are too many touchy-feely types who are more willing to sympathize with jihadists than they are to protect themselves. Well, that and none of them are armed. <\/p>\n

That’s the same problem that places like New York, Maryland, DC and California will have. At least in most of the US someone attempting a drive-by like Mohamed Merah perpetrated in France, might attract some return fire.
