Manifests of the planes\u2019 cargo have listed \u201cagricultural equipment\u201d and \u201cflowers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A high-level White House official recently spoke directly with Mr. al-Maliki about the issue, the official said.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. al-Maliki, a Shiite, has been accused of tilting his government toward its more powerful neighbor, Iran, which is governed under a Shiite theocracy.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And those weapons are being used to kill Syrians by their own government. So there&#8217;s only one solution for all of Iran&#8217;s acting out.
