So what if there was a war in which only one side showed up but lost anyway. That’s what happened to our old friend Oily Titz, the “birther” lawyer in Georgia last week. the matter under review in court was determining Barack’s Obama eligibilty to be on the ballot in Georgia. According to court documents<\/a>;<\/p>\n

A hearing was held on January 26, 2012. The record closed on February 1, 2012. Plaintiffs Farrar, Lax, Judy, Malaren, and Roth and their counsel Orly Taitz, Plaintiffs Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell and their counsel J. Mark Hatfield, and Plaintiff David P. Welden and his counsel Van R. Trion, all appeared and answered the call of the case. However, neither Defendant nor his counsel, Michael Jablonski, appeared or answered. Ordinarily, the Court would enter a default order against a party that fails to participate in any stage of a proceeding.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ordinarily, but not this time;<\/p>\n

Nonetheless, despite the Defendant’s failure to appear, Plaintiffs asked this Court to decide the case on the merits of their arguments and evidence. The Court granted Plaintiffs’ request. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I’m sure Oily Titz thought it would be an easy task to convince a judge without the opposition legal team present to distract the judge with actual facts, but that’s not how it shook out;<\/p>\n

None of the testifying witnesses provided persuasive testimony. Moreover, theCourt finds that none of the written submissions tendered by Plaintiffs have probative value. Given the unsatisfactory evidence presented by the Plaintiffs, the Court concludes that Plaintiffs’ claims are not persuasive.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And so;<\/p>\n

President Barack Obama is eligible as a candidate for the presidential primary election under O.C.G.A. \u00a7 21-2-5(b).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I’ve been saying for years that the way to beat Obama is on the issues, not trying to appear like an obsessed nut. I’m not completely convinced that Obama is a US citizen, but I’m relatively sure that by beating this drum relentlessly only serves Obama. I mean, he gives us enough ammunition to beat him everyday without this distraction. <\/p>\n
