Yes it was literally <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.foreignpolicy.com\/posts\/2012\/02\/06\/syrians_troll_through_hacked_emails_of_bashars_presidential_aides\">12345.<\/a> Also seems that I am not the first person to make the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techdirt.com\/articles\/20120208\/03295517697\/syrian-presidents-email-hacked-his-password-was-12345.shtml\">connection <\/a>between this and Space Balls. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Expatriate Syrians pounced, gleefully delving through this treasure trove and pulling out newsworthy gems (some even joked about sending replies from the accounts, for example, &#8220;Curse your soul, Hafez&#8221;). There were few smoking guns, but one email, from U.N.-based press aide Sheherazad Jaafari to Damascus-based press aide Luna Chebel, was particularly interesting. It advises the presidential office on how to best handle Assad&#8217;s Dec. 7 interview with ABC&#8217;s Barbara Walters. If this is the quality of staff work Bashar al-Assad is getting&#8230; well, it explains a lot: <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So now would be a good idea to see if your password is strong enough. Oh and to stop everything you are doing if you have not seen <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Spaceballs\">Space Balls<\/a>. Seriously right now. Ludicrous Speed.
