It&#8217;s Corporal Jesse Thorsen a Reservist in the 402d Sapper Company in Des Moines (I verified all of that at AKO). I don&#8217;t think anyone can justify him being at a political event, endorsing a candidate wearing ACUs.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/H6ZO-M1AzQU\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe> <\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t care who the candidate is, this is a clear violation of Army Regulations 670-1 and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dtic.mil\/whs\/directives\/corres\/pdf\/134410p.pdf\">DoD Policy Directive 1344.10<\/a>. The Paulians should have known better than to put him on the stage to begin with, and Thorsen should have known that he can&#8217;t endorse a candidate or a policy, especially not in a utility uniform.  The 670-1 reads;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/Uniform-prohibited.png\" alt=\"Uniform prohibited\" width=\"500\" height=\"242\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Used to be we couldn&#8217;t even stop at 7-11 to buy a cup of coffee in a work uniform.<\/p>\n<p>That doesn&#8217;t even address the fact that he&#8217;s still a corporal with ten years in the service, but apparently it&#8217;s these types of antics that have extended his career as an E-4.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s more at <a href=\"http:\/\/foreign-and-domestic.blogspot.com\/2012\/01\/story-from-last-night-that-no-one-is.html\">Dave Thul&#8217;s place<\/a>.
