{"id":28171,"date":"2012-01-03T09:22:13","date_gmt":"2012-01-03T13:22:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=28171"},"modified":"2012-01-03T09:22:13","modified_gmt":"2012-01-03T13:22:13","slug":"iran-threatens-us-if-carrier-group-moves-to-gulf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=28171","title":{"rendered":"Iran threatens US if carrier group moves to Gulf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In response to the news that the US may move the USS John C Stennis to the Persian Gulf to enforce sanctions that are beginning to take their toll on the Iranian economy,  and observe Iran&#8217;s war games, the head of Iran&#8217;s Army, Ataollah Salehi said, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/m.yahoo.com\/w\/news_america\/iran-threatens-action-u-carrier-returns-irna-082124042.html?orig_host_hdr=news.yahoo.com&#038;.intl=us&#038;.lang=en-us\">Reuters<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Iran will not repeat its warning &#8230; the enemy&#8217;s carrier has been moved to the Sea of Oman because of our drill. I recommend and emphasize to the American carrier not to return to the Persian Gulf,&#8221; army chief Salehi said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I advise, recommend and warn them over the return of this carrier to the Persian Gulf because we are not in the habit of warning more than once.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Oh, so we&#8217;re &#8220;the enemy&#8221; are we? Doesn&#8217;t that sort of mean that we&#8217;re at war?
