{"id":27996,"date":"2011-12-19T17:14:00","date_gmt":"2011-12-19T21:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=27996"},"modified":"2011-12-19T17:15:00","modified_gmt":"2011-12-19T21:15:00","slug":"west-thats-your-last-race-card-ag-holder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=27996","title":{"rendered":"West: That&#8217;s your last race card, AG Holder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Florida Representative Allen West told <a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2011\/12\/19\/west-holder%E2%80%99s-race-card-is-the-%E2%80%98last-card-in-the-deck%E2%80%99\/\">The Daily Caller<\/a> that Attorney General Eric Holder has used the race card one too many times;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI think this is absolutely the last card in the deck, and that shows how weak their ground is,\u201d West said in a phone interview. \u201cBut, what that means is they want to make white individuals afraid of continuing to put the pressure on Eric Holder because they don\u2019t want to be seen as racist, and that is something that we have got to move beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Holder had told The New York Times over the weekend, in a front page Sunday story, that he thinks those who are criticizing him have racial motivations to do so. Holder said some unspecified faction \u2014 what he refers to as the \u201cmore extreme segment\u201d \u2014 is driven to criticize both him and President Barack Obama due to the color of their skin.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Well, Holder has used that as an excuse to deflect criticism too many times for conservatives to take him seriously any more. It&#8217;s like water off a duck&#8217;s back.<\/p>\n<p>Holder uses it now to deflect criticism from the Left and to keep them on the metaphorical and rhetorical  plantation these days.
