Well, it seems that the little twerp is going to avoid jail time for scamming people out of thouseands of dollars <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenwichtime.com\/policereports\/article\/Man-who-posed-as-vet-avoids-jail-time-2219579.php\">in his little dress-up game<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Greenwich man who posed as a wounded U.S. Army veteran will not serve jail time, but will be confined to his home on Veterans Day and Memorial Day as part of his punishment, his lawyer said Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Granted accelerated rehabilitation in state Superior Court on Friday, Jesus M. Garcia, 21, has been ordered to turn over all military uniforms and memorabilia, complete 150 hours of community service and attend counseling, according to his attorney, Mark Sherman.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Staying locked up in his house on two days a year are probably for his own protection&#8230;and big damn deal he has to turn over his uniforms.
