William Shelton] and to engage LightSquared in the process in order to bias his testimony,\u201d Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) said in an interview. \u201cThe only people who were involved in the process in preparation for the hearing included the Department of Defense, the White House, and the Office Management and Budget.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I can only imagine what the outcry would be if a Republican administration would try to interfere with Congressional oversight. General Shelton should be commended, however, for ignoring the pressure to change his testimony.
