{"id":26505,"date":"2011-09-14T07:48:04","date_gmt":"2011-09-14T11:48:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=26505"},"modified":"2011-09-14T07:49:25","modified_gmt":"2011-09-14T11:49:25","slug":"az-aba-prosecutes-da-and-blogger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=26505","title":{"rendered":"AZ ABA prosecutes DA and blogger"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>John Hawkins at <a href=\"http:\/\/rightwingnews.com\/john-hawkins\/is-the-state-bar-of-arizona-targeting-conservatives-for-blogging-and-fighting-illegal-immigration\/\">Right Wing News<\/a> writes about the Arizona Bar Association&#8217;s prosecution of Maricopa County&#8217;s attorney, Andrew Thomas and two of his deputies, including Right Wing News <a href=\"http:\/\/www.intellectualconservative.com\/\">blogger Rachel Alexander<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently, Thomas is trying a novel approach to illegal immigrants in Maricopa County &#8211; he&#8217;s actually prosecuting and then tossing them out of the State for the crime and AZ ABA don&#8217;t like that. And it seems that the ABA isn&#8217;t enamored with Alexander&#8217;s blog.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Blogging while conservative is not a crime. Fighting against illegal immigration and corruption is not a crime.
