MacBride, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia; Lisa Monaco, Assistant Attorney General for National Security; and James W. McJunkin, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI\u2019s Washington Field Office.<\/p>\n<p>If convicted, Jubair faces a maximum potential sentence of 15 years in prison on the material support charge and eight years in prison on the charge of making false statements in a terrorism investigation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>However, the <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/2011\/09\/va-man-charged-uploading-terrorist-video\">Washington Examiner<\/a> reports that there are other charges involved and Ahmad faces more jail time;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ahmad was charged with providing material support to a foreign terrorist organization and making false statements in a terrorism investigation.
