In the Board\u2019s latest weekly summary, there was one decision summary that seemed rather unique since it stated:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Board granted the Acting General Counsel\u2019s Motion for Default Judgment based on the Respondent\u2019s failure to file an answer to the complaint. <strong>The Board found that the death of BLSI, LLC\u2019s owner and the insolvency of his estate did not constitute good cause for the Respondent\u2019s failure to answer the complaint.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Throw those zombies in jail where they belong.
