He can’t admit that bin Laden was actually responsible for the 9-11 attacks. Apparently, bin Laden only “applauded” the attacks on the US. But, some how, even though bin Laden only applauded the attacks, his death is “justice served”, in Paul’s words.

And then, like a quote from Gordon Duff, Paul warns;

Hopefully bin Laden does not get the last laugh. He claimed the 9/11 attacks were designed to get the US to spread its military dangerously and excessively throughout the Middle East, bankrupting us through excessive military spending as he did the Soviets, and to cause political dissention within the United States. Some 70 percent of Americans now believe we should leave Afghanistan yet both parties seem determined to stay. The best thing we could do right now is prove bin Laden a false prophet by coming home and ending this madness on a high note.

As naive as his basement-dwelling acolytes, Paul thinks that ending the war “on a high note” is sufficient enough for history and posterity. Certainly, the terrorists will be disheartened that we left Afghanistan “on a high note” and never be tempted to attack us again nor reestablish a terror base there.

Maybe I should read a book sometime so I can figure out the brilliance that is Doctor Ron Paul. It’s funny that Paul says we should leave because 70% of Americans say we should leave Afghanistan, yet when 99.9% of Republicans said he should get out of the 2008 presidential campaign, he didn’t withdraw from the race.

Ben, who says he loves to troll Ron Paul discussion boards sends us a link to … Ron Paul, our Gordon Duff in CongressRead more

[45,7

post-23370","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-ron-paul","category-terror-war
["GET
